Build the habit of running into your life with a 9-week challenge. This gentle intro will help you do it the right way, ultimately reaching a level of consistency you’ll be able to maintain long after the 9 weeks are up. This course is for new runners, so it's okay to take walk breaks. The point is to get out there and make it a habit! This is the perfect opportunity to take control of your health, get outside more often, and release those endorphins to make you feel great. Note: For this course suggested warm ups and cool downs are given however no specific detailed stretches are programmed. It is important that you stretch after conducting exercise. 🛋🥔➡️🏃‍♀️💪
