The Hylete Aesthetic Block 1 is a cutting-edge 5-day-a-week, 5 week fitness program designed to seamlessly blend the best elements of hybrid training, creating a unique approach that delivers both aesthetic results and functional strength. During this 5 week 1st block we will be working on hypertrophy repetition ranges for improved muscular aesthetics and conditioning. Through a carefully structured weekly routine, Hylete Aesthetic balances heavy lifting, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and functional movements, ensuring that every muscle group is trained with precision and purpose. The programme follows a 15 week macro-cycle of 3, 4 week mesocycles (blocks) each followed by 1 week de-load to allow our bodies to recover. This program is the first of 3 blocks. The 3 meso-cycles (Blocks) follow the below plan: Block 1 Weeks 1-5: Hypertrophy (Accumulation) Phase Block 2 Weeks 6-10: Strength (Intensification) Phase Block 3 Weeks 11-15: Peaking (Realization Phase) Once purchased you will receive an invite to the Fit by Wix App which will allow a much better user experience.
