Jon and Yvette created Hylete Fit from decades of fitness training within the UK Armed Forces. Hybrid training is a style we have both adopted for almost our entire careers. It seems to be the buzz word in fitness at the moment however this is not a new method. Watching people get this so wrong was frustrating and so we decided to become qualified and part knowledge to the wider community. We want to help people, whether at the beginning of their fitness journey, trying to lose weight, gain functionality in older age or train for a specific sport. This is just the start for Hylete Fit.
